3-Year Parts Warranty
For three full years, Hyper Cyber covers the repair or replacement of any defective hardware component installed in your system. This includes your CPU, GPU, motherboard, RAM, storage drives (NVMe/SSD), power supply, cooling system (fans, air coolers, or AIOs), case components, and all internal parts.
We use only high-quality, reliable components — which is why we confidently provide long-term protection for every PC.
1-Year Labor Warranty
All labor required for diagnosing, repairing, or replacing components in your system is fully covered for two years. This includes complete system diagnostics, driver or BIOS assistance, Windows reinstalls, hardware troubleshooting, and the installation or replacement of any component.
There are absolutely no labor fees during this period — everything is handled by our expert technicians at no cost to you.
🔄 What the Warranty Covers
Our warranty covers all defective parts, including any components that arrive DOA or fail under normal use. This protection includes cooling or fan failures, power supply issues, and any hardware malfunctions that may occur during standard operation. You are also covered with full remote support and troubleshooting, as well as complete repair service at our facility when needed. If a return is required, we handle the entire RMA process to make the experience as simple and stress-free as possible.

The warranty does not cover:
Software errors, including but not limited to corrupted software, viruses, and spyware
Physical abuse or accidental damage
Parts not covered by the warranty, such as laptop batteries
Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper installation or maintenance
Damage caused by natural disasters, power surges, or spikes
Damage caused by incompatible software or hardware
