What happens if an item is out of stock or back-ordered?
- In the event an item is out of stock, we recommend checking the product's listing for any estimated restocking dates. If no date is provided and you haven't yet placed an order, please get in touch with our Sales Team via email or Live Chat for further assistance.
Can I update my shipping address after my order has been placed?
- Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be directly modified. If you need to change the address, the order must be canceled, and a new order should be placed with the updated shipping details.
Is it possible to change the shipping method for an order that hasn't shipped?
- Changing the shipping method after order placement requires canceling the initial order and placing a new one with your preferred shipping option.
Will an out-of-stock item delay my entire order?
- At checkout, you're given the choice to receive all in-stock items immediately or wait and have the entire order shipped together once all items are available. This flexibility allows you to choose what works best for you.
Warranty & Returns
What is Hyper Cyber's return policy?
If you're not satisfied with your computer system within the first 30 days of delivery due to hardware issues, Hyper Cyber offers a full refund for the price of the computer system upon its return and after confirming the hardware-related issues. Please note, shipping costs both to and from the customer are not refundable, and fees may be deducted for any damages or missing items.
What does Hyper Cyber's warranty cover?
- Our warranty covers parts and labor for your computer system. Should your system develop a problem that we can't fix remotely, we'll service it at our facility. We cover all shipping costs within the first 30 days of receiving your machine. For more detailed information, please reach out to our customer support team.
Can you tell me more about the warranty policy?
Certainly! Our standard warranty includes:
- 30-Day Replacement/Refund: You can return the system for any reason. If the product is opened and non-defective, a restocking and shipping fee will apply.
- 1-Year Parts & Repairs Warranty: We cover replacement parts and repairs free of charge. This warranty does not apply if non-Hyper Cyber components replace the motherboard, CPU, RAM, GPU, and Power Supply.
- Lifetime Technical Support: Our team is here to provide assistance for the lifetime of your PC, covering both technical and non-technical inquiries.
When will I receive my refund after returning a PC?
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the PC is received at our warehouse, and will be issued to the original payment method.
Do I need to register my computer for the warranty?
- No registration is required. Simply contact us with any issues you encounter.
What should I do if my order is missing components or accessories?
- If anything is missing from your order, please get in touch with our customer service. We're here to help ensure you have everything you need for your Hyper Cyber experience.
