Every Hyper Cyber gaming PC is assembled and tested as a complete system before it ships from our Tampa facility. The purpose is straightforward: catch a configuration, stability, or cooling issue while the PC is still with our build team, not after it reaches the customer.
Testing is not a magic badge, and one benchmark cannot predict every game, application, room temperature, or future software update. This page explains what our process is meant to verify, what it does not promise, and what happens if a system needs more attention.
What happens before system testing
A reliable finished PC begins with a compatible configuration. For configured systems, our team reviews the selected processor, graphics card, motherboard, memory, storage, cooling, case, and power supply as a complete build. If a choice creates a compatibility question, it is resolved before the system moves forward.
The hardware is then assembled by hand in Tampa. That includes installing the components, connecting power and data cables, and routing the finished build so the system can be inspected and serviced without treating cable management as an afterthought.
What system testing is designed to find
A finished gaming PC is evaluated as a complete system before shipment. The goal is to surface behavior that needs attention, including instability, an incorrect configuration, or cooling behavior that does not look right for that system.
The exact checks can vary with the hardware and with what the build team is verifying. A compact system and a high-power configuration are not identical, and a single workload cannot represent every game or creative application. For that reason, Hyper Cyber does not use one public benchmark score, temperature, clock speed, noise level, software tool, or test duration as a universal promise for every PC.
What happens when something is not right
If a check identifies a problem, the system stays with the build team. The issue is investigated and corrected, and the relevant checks are run again before the PC is cleared for shipment. Shipping on schedule is not a substitute for resolving a known problem.
Why one benchmark number is not a guarantee
Performance depends on the complete configuration, the game or application, settings, resolution, drivers, software versions, ambient conditions, and later updates. Benchmark data can be useful when its setup is explained, but it should not be presented as a guarantee that every customer will see the same result.
When Hyper Cyber publishes a game-performance guide, the useful version names the relevant hardware and settings and distinguishes measured results from general guidance. When that evidence is not available, we keep the recommendation qualitative.
From the bench to shipment
After the system clears the checks required for its configuration, it is prepared for shipment. Tracking is provided when the order ships, and the carrier can vary by order and destination.

Does every Hyper Cyber PC receive the same test?
No single workload is equally useful for every configuration. The checks used can vary with the hardware and with what the build team needs to verify.
Does testing guarantee a specific frame rate?
No. Frame rate depends on the complete system, game, settings, resolution, software versions, and updates. A benchmark is useful only when that context is stated.
Do you promise a specific temperature or noise level?
No universal temperature or noise number applies to every configuration and environment. We do not publish one threshold as a blanket promise for all systems.
What happens if the build team finds a problem?
The system stays with the build team while the issue is investigated and corrected. The relevant checks are then run again before shipment.
